![]() ![]() I really don't know what to do.i lose the conection all the time. I have the same Problem with a AV2 & Mobile Pro G. Im constantly programming and updating here as the day goes on so maybe it just needs time to settle. Well I just arrived to site this morning after leaving 3 ipads with basic av control over night and the 2 I can test atm seem to be still working. The majority of the file size was client provided backgrounds that they wanted to be able to switch between, on the fly. I have also ran an 18 mB GUI from an SD card on a DIN-AP2. Not say they won't work with less, the key is reliably. It has been my experience that the iPads require a strong signal (full or near full signal strength) to work reliably. As of last week, app has been submitted to Apple to be posted on iTunes but Apple has a hold on it (that's what Crestron says anyways) Still not 100% I called Crestron and they said that the new app should fix this problem because the UI is uploaded to the iPad and doesn't reside on the processor. On thing that really helped is adding a little logic to the offline device extender within Simpl which forces the iPad to reconnect every time it stops communicating with the control processor. I upgrade to Cisco Access Points (Commercial 1140 Series) and that helped. I also have the same problem with a Pro 2 and iPad. ![]()
